Project inquiries

The contact form collects your name, email, project type and project description. Company, budget and timeline are optional. We use these details to understand and respond to your inquiry. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

Inquiries are sent through Resend to Fone’s Outlook business mailbox. Email providers and backups may retain copies. The website does not publish your inquiry or create a separate database of inquiry messages. Do not include passwords, private keys or confidential customer data.

Optional visit analytics

If you choose “Allow analytics”, we use Google Analytics to understand page visits, referral sources, when visitors start the inquiry form and when the website accepts a successful submission for sending. A successful submission is not proof of email delivery or a completed sale. Your name, email, message and other free-text inquiry fields are not sent to Google Analytics.

Analytics is off until you allow it. Choosing “Decline analytics” does not affect the website or inquiry form. Use “Analytics preferences” at the bottom of the page to change your choice. We store that choice for up to six months. When allowed, Google Analytics uses browser identifiers and cookies to measure visits; this site configures those cookies with a six-month lifetime that can renew on visits. Advertising personalization and Google Signals are not enabled by this site.

We send page paths and selected campaign labels, rather than complete page query strings or inquiry text. Google receives technical information associated with the analytics request and processes data under its privacy policy. External services may process information outside your country. Browser privacy controls, refusal and blocking tools can limit the analytics reports.

Spam prevention and essential cookies

A hidden form field, request verification and a short-lived hashed network identifier help limit unwanted submissions. The rate-limit identifier expires after 15 minutes. When analytics is configured, a successful inquiry also creates a random confirmation token lasting up to 15 minutes. It contains no inquiry text and allows one successful submission to be counted at most once when analytics is allowed. Server logs may include network addresses, requested pages and error information. WordPress uses cookies for administration and authenticated sessions.
