PLANNED DEMONSTRATION
A source-linked support workspace
Planned demonstration · Help support teams check source-backed AI drafts before responding.

Planned demonstration · Not built yet
This is a proposed implementation walkthrough, not a completed client case study. Screenshots on this page are concept illustrations. A working demo, repository and measured results will be added only after they exist.
Scenario
A hypothetical B2B software team has product documentation and recurring support questions. This planned demonstration will use synthetic documents and questions, not client data.
Walkthrough to build
- Upload a synthetic product guide and assign its workspace
- Ask a supported question and inspect its source passages
- Ask an unsupported question and route it to human review
- Remove a document and confirm it is no longer retrievable
Proposed architecture decisions
Keep retrieval access checks on the server, store source references with drafts and separate answer generation from customer delivery. Begin with internal assistance so evaluation is possible before opening a public chat interface.
Proof the demo needs to show
- Cross-workspace document access is denied
- The answer fails clearly when the source does not support it
- A reviewed answer remains linked to the source version
How it can be adapted
Document connectors, evaluation fixtures and approval screens are intended as separate modules. The same pattern can be adapted to onboarding, internal policy search or product assistance.
Evidence to publish after implementation
Record source-support rate on a defined test set, escalation behavior, request latency and model cost per reviewed question. No measurements have been collected yet.
From this concept to your project
Read the product scope and download the brief, or discuss your version. Fone leads the technical work; collaborator roles, source handover and maintenance responsibilities are agreed before delivery.
