Yes. We can adapt the portal and offering materials. A new asset type also requires an agreed model for rights, eligibility, transfer and redemption; the software does not supply the underlying asset.
The current flow records payment references and evidence for review. Operators complete external payments separately. A bank or payment-provider integration is additional work.

Build your branded version around the agreed modules: React investor portal and Vue operator source; NestJS API and background business services; ERC-3643 / ONCHAINID components and contract extensions. The proposal specifies repository access, commercial-use licensing, setup documentation, available tests and deployment materials, plus the handover with Fone. Third-party components retain their own licenses; exclusive IP transfer, if needed, is agreed separately.

Fone maps the reusable modules and integrations into a first-release plan with milestones, workflow tests and deployment checks. The launch date follows that scope and any separately arranged security review. Budget for hosting, identity and custody providers, payment services and chain transactions.
