Gated content, recurring subscriptions, voting, event registration, offline redemption and transferable NFTs are additional development, not enabled features of the current passes.

No. The existing three pass types are independently purchasable holding and eligibility records. Transferable tokens or a marketplace require a separate specification and implementation.
The operator must fund reward and withdrawal reserves. A platform reward balance, claimable NOVA and assets already in a wallet are distinct; displayed balances do not guarantee income or immediate withdrawal.
Yes. Branding, member-facing content and selected operating rules can be adapted. Changes to token identity, existing assets or signing domains need a migration plan rather than a visual-only change.
Yes. Build your branded version around the agreed modules: React / TypeScript member frontend source; Java / RuoYi operator modules; Solidity membership and reward logic. The proposal specifies repository access, commercial-use licensing, setup documentation, available tests and deployment materials, plus the handover with Fone. Third-party components retain their own licenses; exclusive IP transfer, if needed, is agreed separately.
Start with your member benefits, pass rules, invitation logic and content or service integrations. Fone maps the reusable modules and integrations into a first-release plan with milestones, workflow tests and deployment checks. The launch date follows that scope and any separately arranged security review. Budget for hosting, RPC and chain transactions, plus the services and reward funds your membership program uses. Maintenance and further development are optional, with their scope and price agreed separately.
