PLANNED DEMONSTRATION
An operations document review desk
Planned demonstration · Review extracted fields against source documents before exporting business records.

Planned demonstration · Not built yet
This is a proposed implementation walkthrough, not a completed client case study. Screenshots on this page are concept illustrations. A working demo, repository and measured results will be added only after they exist.
Scenario
A hypothetical operations team receives supplier documents in inconsistent formats. The planned demo will use a small synthetic document set with intentional omissions and duplicates.
Walkthrough to build
- Upload a sample document and inspect processing status
- Compare extracted fields with the original and correct an error
- Reject a document with missing required fields
- Approve and export validated records to a sample destination
Proposed architecture decisions
Use an explicit schema and deterministic validation alongside model extraction. Preserve reviewer corrections and process files through jobs that can be retried. Treat approval as a distinct permissioned action.
Proof the demo needs to show
- An invalid required field blocks export
- A duplicate upload does not silently duplicate business records
- A failed extraction remains recoverable and visible
How it can be adapted
Schema definitions, extraction providers, review components and destination adapters are intended extension points. The approval queue can also support an intake-to-CRM workflow.
Evidence to publish after implementation
Report field-level accuracy on the synthetic set, correction frequency and recovery behavior with the actual test conditions. Results remain pending until implementation.
