A DELIVERY SCENARIO
Token teams & ecosystem builders
From scattered DeFi tools to a branded trading home.
A token team wants swaps, liquidity and selected incentive modules under its own identity. Shape the exchange around the community, asset pairs and launch plan.
Put launch energy into liquidity and community—not another frontend rebuild.
CLIENT FEEDBACK
“Our community was ready, but the frontend and reward pools were still unfinished. By reusing this DEX codebase, we launched our branded trading home within a week and put our core focus back on building liquidity.”

Add ongoing maintenance and iteration support as your product grows.
Your community is ready. Your exchange isn’t. Swaps need a frontend, rewards need another app and vesting sends users somewhere else. The launch keeps waiting.

BUSINESS MODEL
Make trading fees and incentives understandable
01
Build around trading activity
Configure the supported pool fees and protocol fee arrangements for your market. Keep liquidity-provider earnings and settled protocol LP income visible as distinct streams.
02
Fund participation deliberately
Use defined budgets for staking and LP rewards, with vesting for scheduled releases. Match the incentive modules to your launch plan and liquidity resources.
03
Extend your market experience
Tailor the interface, assets and supporting modules to your community. Different pool mechanics or fee rules can be designed as separate contract work.
Start with source delivery and brand customization. Add maintenance when you need it, and shape your own customer pricing and operating model.

Demo environment & implementation details
Aurora is a demonstration brand using test assets. Your team supplies liquidity and reward budgets. Protocol income is represented by settled LP tokens; it is separate from cash revenue. Network configuration, wallet support and security review are part of the launch scope.

Planning your White-label DEX Launch Kit business
Who is this product for?
Token teams with liquidity and community operations. Build a branded exchange for your token and community. Combine swaps and liquidity with selected rewards and vesting modules, supported by your team’s liquidity and operations.
Can I launch under my own brand with the source code?
Yes. Build your branded version around the agreed modules: React / TypeScript branded exchange source; V2 AMM Solidity contracts; Selected staking, rewards and vesting modules. The proposal specifies repository access, commercial-use licensing, setup documentation, available tests and deployment materials, plus the handover with Fone. Third-party components retain their own licenses; exclusive IP transfer, if needed, is agreed separately.
Can anyone create a pool and change its fee?
The existing factory restricts pool creation to its owner. A pair has one pool; its fee is set at creation from 0–1% and is fixed. Different mechanics are a separate scope.
Are setup and operations tools included?
The repository contains internal tools behind an explicit build flag. They are not part of the ordinary public exchange; their delivery and access controls must be agreed.
Does the software supply liquidity or guaranteed revenue?
No. Your team provides assets, liquidity, reward budgets and operations. Protocol revenue is settled LP with an underlying-asset estimate, not guaranteed cash income.
What determines launch timing and ongoing costs?
Start with your target network, token pairs, liquidity plan and selected staking or reward modules. Fone maps the reusable modules and integrations into a first-release plan with milestones, workflow tests and deployment checks. The launch date follows that scope and any separately arranged security review. Budget for hosting, RPC and transaction fees; liquidity and reward budgets are funded separately by your team. Maintenance and further development are optional, with their scope and price agreed separately.
