PLANNED DEMONSTRATION
A client portal for agency delivery
Planned demonstration · One workspace for client requests, deliverables, approvals and account access.

Planned demonstration · Not built yet
This is a proposed implementation walkthrough, not a completed client case study. Screenshots on this page are concept illustrations. A working demo, repository and measured results will be added only after they exist.
Scenario
A hypothetical agency coordinates client work through email and shared files. The planned portal will use synthetic client workspaces, example requests and test billing events.
Walkthrough to build
- Invite a client into a workspace with a defined role
- Submit a request and review its status
- Approve a deliverable with a recorded decision
- Revoke a member and verify access is removed
Proposed architecture decisions
Separate workspace authorization from subscription entitlements. Model request and approval histories explicitly. Keep the domain workflow independent of the billing-provider adapter.
Proof the demo needs to show
- A client cannot view another client’s records by changing a URL
- Revoking a member blocks subsequent server requests
- Duplicate test payment events do not create inconsistent entitlements
How it can be adapted
Workspace identity, invitation, permissions and event history form a proposed common foundation. Domain modules can then support consulting, onboarding or recurring service delivery.
Evidence to publish after implementation
Demonstrate a complete request-to-approval journey, tenant-isolation tests and clean-environment setup. No customer adoption or efficiency result is claimed.
