This is a proposed product scope. There is no released software, working demo or source-code download yet. You can download the planning brief below or discuss a custom implementation.
Who this is for
Founders building B2B SaaS and agencies replacing email-based customer collaboration.
The problem worth solving
Accounts, roles, billing and admin screens are repeatedly rebuilt before the real business workflow gets attention. Poorly separated tenant data becomes expensive to fix later.
A useful first workflow
A customer creates a workspace, invites a teammate and completes a core task. An owner manages access and billing while an operator handles support through a scoped administration interface.
Proposed first release
- Workspace accounts, invitations and role-based permissions
- One core business workflow and a customer-facing dashboard
- One billing provider integration in test mode, where required
- Administrative tools, audit events, setup documentation and deployment configuration
Designed for further development
- Keep domain features separate from identity, workspace and billing modules
- Use explicit tenant identifiers and documented API contracts
- Add branding, roles and domain modules without forking the whole application
The implementation plan calls for a customer-controlled repository, documented module boundaries, migrations, sample data and setup instructions. Deliverables, third-party licenses and any redistribution rights are agreed in the project scope. No existing reusable implementation is claimed on this page.
Acceptance checks to agree
- Two test workspaces cannot access each other’s records
- A revoked member loses access on the server
- Duplicate billing events produce one consistent subscription state
- A second developer can set up the application from the handover instructions
Scope boundaries
A finished downloadable starter does not exist yet. Marketplace, complex metered billing and multi-region infrastructure require separate scope.
What to bring to a discussion
Define one customer journey, roles, workspace boundaries and whether billing belongs in the first release.

Build it for your workflow
I lead the technical work directly and involve collaborators when the agreed scope needs them. We begin with the data, integration constraints and acceptance checks, then agree the release and handover.
