Your next move starts further ahead.

THE OLD WAY

The build before the business.

Launch day is busy. A week later, you’re chasing check-ins, updating sheets and explaining the reward math. Running the challenge becomes the challenge.

THE FONE WAY

Start with a working foundation.

Run the journey through ChainPunch. Participants join, follow their daily window and see their progress. Organizers follow the campaign through to settlement.

YOUR RETURN

Put your time where it pays.

Spend less time administering participation. Spend more time on the content, coaching and community that make the next challenge worth joining.

BUSINESS MODEL

Build a challenge around a service worth returning to

01

Add a challenge to your service

Run a structured campaign alongside teaching, coaching or creator content. Connect your existing sales and membership systems through tailored integrations.

02

Make campaign funds understandable

The current model allocates absence deductions and make-up fees under published rules. Participant claims and operational-role amounts remain separately visible.

03

Build the next campaign format

Sponsored pools, content review and real-world progress verification can be developed as extensions. Start with the daily participation journey your community needs.

Start with source delivery and brand customization. Add maintenance when you need it, and shape your own customer pricing and operating model.

WHAT WE CAN ADAPT

Shape the implementation around your business.

01

Your cohort or creator program

Adapt the campaign theme, brand, member guidance and activity templates. Additional languages, regional formats and member guidance can be tailored to your audience.

02

Your participation rules

Configure supported rules for new campaigns. New verification, sponsorship or different reward mechanics require separate implementation; published task rules are not rewritten.

03

Your deployment and operations

Scope the target chain, real wallets, indexing, monitoring and security review. A production index service or arbitrary-token support is not included by default.

Demo environment & implementation details

Screens use a local EVM, sample participants and advanced demo time. Reward amounts depend on the campaign rules and actual participation. Sponsorship deposits and payouts are future extensions; the present workflow uses the existing deductions and make-up fees.

Screens captured on 30 October 2026. Source snapshots, reproduction steps and product verification records are available for the technical walkthrough.

Planning your ChainPunch business

Who is this product for?

Learning cohorts and creator communities. Turn cohort and creator goals into shared challenges with clear participation rules. Connect daily check-ins, progress and settlement to the community services you provide.

How can the business earn revenue?

Content or coaching services; campaign funds follow rules. See revenue options, costs and current scope.

Are English and Chinese interfaces available?

Yes. The refreshed application and screenshots include both languages. Additional languages, brand terminology and member guidance can be tailored to your audience.

Can this fit a learning or creator community?

Yes. Start with the existing timed challenge workflow, then scope your branding, member guidance and activity rules. Content submissions or proof review are additional integrations.

How are participant and organizer amounts shown?

Participant principal and rewards appear separately from operational-role amounts. Allocated, claimable and claimed balances remain distinct, so each account can follow its own result.

Can a brand fund the reward pool today?

The current reward pool uses participant deductions and make-up fees. A separate brand-sponsored pool, its deposits and distribution are a new scope, not an enabled feature.

Is settlement automatic payment to every member?

No. Settlement credits available balances; a separate claim transfers funds. The interface distinguishes allocated, claimable and claimed amounts, including overlapping operational roles.

Can I launch under my own brand with the source code?

Yes. Build your branded version around the agreed modules: Bilingual Next.js member and organizer source; Solidity participation, settlement and claim logic; Deployment and ABI synchronization tools. The proposal specifies repository access, commercial-use licensing, setup documentation, available tests and deployment materials, plus the handover with Fone. Third-party components retain their own licenses; exclusive IP transfer, if needed, is agreed separately.

What determines launch timing and ongoing costs?

Start with your cohort format, challenge rules, check-in windows and settlement responsibilities. Fone maps the reusable modules and integrations into a first-release plan with milestones, workflow tests and deployment checks. The launch date follows that scope and any separately arranged security review. Budget for hosting, RPC and settlement transactions; participant or sponsor reward funding follows your agreed program. Maintenance and further development are optional, with their scope and price agreed separately.
