No. Correct verification is one settlement path. An answered order can also settle after the verification deadline under the contract conditions; price orders require the relevant snapshot. Expiry settlement does not prove the prediction correct.
Sports results are reported by an authorized role, which can currently overwrite an earlier report for the same event and rule. Price orders fix their first eligible snapshot and depend on the configured feed and timing. Source governance must be agreed.
For orders using the built-in key format, import the encrypted backup and provide its password. The browser may retain the encrypted backup; it does not retain the reading password. External-key or legacy-link orders may need another reader.
Start with your research offering, result sources, delivery deadlines and settlement rules. Fone maps the reusable modules and integrations into a first-release plan with milestones, workflow tests and deployment checks. The launch date follows that scope and any separately arranged security review. Budget for hosting, encrypted file storage, data feeds and chain transactions. Maintenance and further development are optional, with their scope and price agreed separately.
