This is a proposed product scope. There is no released software, working demo or source-code download yet. You can download the planning brief below or discuss a custom implementation.
Who this is for
Agencies and operations teams moving information between intake forms, shared inboxes and a CRM.
The problem worth solving
People copy the same details between tools, chase incomplete requests and lose track of who approved an action. Fully autonomous agents can make these failures harder to see.
A useful first workflow
A request enters one intake channel, is classified and summarized, then appears in a review queue. A person approves the proposed CRM update; the system records the result and offers a retry when the destination is unavailable.
Proposed first release
- One inbound connector and one destination system
- Structured extraction, routing rules and an approval queue
- Idempotent action execution with retries and a visible exception inbox
- Execution history showing input, decision, approver and result
Designed for further development
- Keep connectors separate from routing rules and screen components
- Add task types with explicit input/output schemas
- Reuse the approval queue for lead intake, onboarding or support operations
The implementation plan calls for a customer-controlled repository, documented module boundaries, migrations, sample data and setup instructions. Deliverables, third-party licenses and any redistribution rights are agreed in the project scope. No existing reusable implementation is claimed on this page.
Acceptance checks to agree
- A duplicate inbound event does not create duplicate CRM records
- An external write cannot run before the required approval
- A timed-out request can be retried without repeating a completed action
- The operator can inspect and correct an incorrectly routed item
Scope boundaries
Mass unsolicited outreach, unrestricted agent tool access and an all-purpose autonomous employee are outside this first release.
What to bring to a discussion
Bring one real workflow, redacted example inputs, the destination API and a list of actions that require approval.

Build it for your workflow
I lead the technical work directly and involve collaborators when the agreed scope needs them. We begin with the data, integration constraints and acceptance checks, then agree the release and handover.
